In Urdu, a grave is called a qabar and a graveyard/cemetery is called a qabarstan.

Here in Norway, the genealogical society has established a public database consisting of close to 2 million entries for gravestones in cemeteries/graveyards. For quite a number of these entries you can also see pictures of the tombstones. One of the purposes of this database is to preserve the visual of the tombstones for the future, as the graves normally are reused after many years and the old gravestones are taken down. This way family and later descendants have a place they still can visit online and remember that person who were burried in that grave.

I have visited the sakhi Hassan one. It is in terrible shape. It is too small and most of my family's kabars are missing :(.
Anonymous, it is a great shame that many graveyardsin Pakistan are in poor condition. Someone needs to do something about this and also to ensure future descendants have some way of knowing where their loved ones were buried.
